No. Clients pay for the referral to a specialist through our platform themselves. Our service operates outside the public health insurance system. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
We don’t work with anonymous “advisors.” With us, you always know who is treating you – their name, specialty, professional experience, and education. It’s not about automated responses, but a proper medical examination with a real, licensed doctor who can issue prescriptions, referrals, or certificates. That’s why the medical report carries the same weight as it would in an in-person clinic visit.
A physical examination plays an irreplaceable role in medicine, but in many cases, an experienced doctor can determine a diagnosis or recommend a solution without it. A telemedicine consultation is a lege artis form of examination and is conducted with full responsibility – just like an in-person visit.
You choose your appointment time – depending on the specialist, evening and weekend slots may also be available. If there’s an open slot, you can even be seen on the same day.
Unlike our competitors, our consultants are exclusively certified specialists with valid licenses, experience in outpatient or hospital care, and registration as healthcare providers. Each doctor practices in accordance with the law and provides professional care equivalent to an in-person clinic visit.
In accordance with applicable law, we will ask you for the same information before booking a consultation as you would provide during an in-person clinic visit. This mainly includes your name, personal identification number, address, and health insurance provider (optional). Your information is strictly protected and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
